Kerosene Visual Effects is looking for a full-time Studio Coordinator to join our team.

The position requires someone who is knowledgeable of the film and television industry and able to thrive in a creative environment. You should be comfortable working with clients, have a keen eye for details, and excellent communication skills.


  • Coordinate, organize and participate in all client meetings/phone calls

  • Record and consolidate all client notes into Ftrack and Google Drive.

  • Project milestones and due date tracking using Ftrack and Google Docs.

  • Manage delivery and reception of digital/physical materials for clients and suppliers.

  • Management of studio administration, supplies and facilities.

  • Updates to studio website through Wix and social media (online applications)

  • Participate in company event planning (client appreciation parties, staff events, etc.)

  • Keep track of staff vacation, personal, sick days.

  • Maintain studio policy and procedures.


  • Proficiency with Windows, Mac and Google based data processing tools

  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have good time management skills working in a team based environment

  • Be comfortable working directly with clients

  • A knowledge of Ftrack database software or equivalent (Shotgun, Filemaker, etc) is a plus, but not essential

  • Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
